Hayley Winter came up with two terms that are probably helpful and additional elements for my chain of thought while preparing my project: Macrocosm & Microcosm.
Macrocosm and Microcosm is an ancient Greek schema of seeing the same patterns reproduced in all levels of the cosmos, a schema of ordering life and social structures in any system – from the largest scale (macrocosm or universe-level) all the way down to the smallest scale (microcosm or sub-sub-atomic or even metaphysical-level). I think that especially the relationship between the general, universal development and the individual happenings of single groups or people within this structure, are important topics that I want to take a closer look at within my project. The idea of zooming in and out makes sense and could be a good idea for this project
